It’s imperative that with traditional engineering skills generally on a decline compared to the days of the 1970’s and before, that we teach our younger generation the skills we learnt all those years ago.
Manufacturing here in the uk on a whole is in decline compared to those yester years, foreign countries competing for the business world wide has definitely affected us here in the UK!
So here at M.R.S. new members and apprentice’s start with practicing their skills on AUTOMOTIVE CAR RADIATORS, then progress to AGRICULTURAL & PLANT RADIATORS.
All of these progressive skills are closely supervised and no unit is completed or leaves the premises without being subjected to rigorous pressure tests, quality control inspections and being signed off by a skilled tradesman.
As time goes by they progress on to QUARRY APPLICATIONS, and assist with GENERATOR RADIATOR REPAIR, and GENERATOR RADIATOR RE-MANUFACTURE.
After three years, if they wish, are then progressed on to the opposite side of M.R.S. HEAT TRANSFER LTD – AIR CONDITIONING SPECIALISTS
(HOT DIVISION) – (ICE COLD DIVISION)
Without the constant training and supervision of the younger generation, small to medium enterprises definitely lack the ability to move forward.
